About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LCMFT/LMFT) originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. My passion is empowering families to discover their own strength and ability to heal and work through challenges. Relationships are at the heart of our lives, but there’s no instruction manual especially when it comes to the specific, unique circumstances of each person and family. I love how therapy gives us the landscape to dive into your story and build a plan together that promotes lasting positive change.

I graduated with a bachelors of science in Marriage & Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2017, and went on to obtain a masters of science in Couple & Family Therapy at Kansas State University in 2020. I practiced in various capacities as a therapist in the Dallas/Fort Worth for four years, and have recently relocated to the Kansas City area. I have kept my licensing credentials in the state of Texas to continue serving clients virtually while now accepting clients in Kansas and Missouri, both in person and virtually, as well.

Outside of therapy, I am a wife and a mother of two little ones. I love the outdoors, animals, CrossFit, and being with my loved ones.
